Since its foundation in 1987 Link offers connectivity solutions embracing cables, connectors, panels and high quality hybrid systems for all market sectors, from fixed installations/live audio to video and broadcast.

Its constant participation to all most important world trade shows since 1992, has enabled its staff to have the  capability to face the needs of professionals from all parts of the world finding interesting and suitable solutions.

In the last few years Link has introduced next to the existing wide range of analog cabling solutions the highly valued DGlink production dedicated to Ethernet networks and copper or fiber optic digital systems for audio, video and control signals. In these critical situations where absolute reliability is a must, the key word is redundancy. For a greater flexibility a digital network signal conversion system has been designed  for Dante, MADI and Ethersound protocols (and soon also for AVB).

During the last IBC trade show in Amsterdam, Link has presented the new LKO hybrid connectors, designed  for the transport of optical signals and power, conceived and manufactured for the demanding live market where a wide range of signals and a notable amount of electrical power needs to be transported over long distances. Systems carrying as many as 64 optical channels, 10Gps each, may be achieved with the use of DGLink mux-demux optical modules.

Using the appropriate electronic interfaces, these systems are able to satisfy virtually any signal transport requirement, such as Ethernet, all video signals from 4K Ultra HD to PAL/NTSC, almost all RS CAN-bus serial signals, USB, KVM, DMX and digital audio over Ethernet and MADI networks. In this case too, Link not only offers the cable and the connector, but following its renowned tradition it is skilled to supply complete systems, with break-ins and break-outs made on panels, metal boxes or even watertight rubber housings, all designed following specific customer requirements.

Link staff consists of highly skilled staff capable of managing all the necessary aspects (optical, mechanical, electrical and networking) required to design and manufacture highly customized solutions for the transport of power, Ethernet, audio, video, DMX and GPI/O signals . Link is a company which certainly looks well ahead but at the same time strongly respects its origins in the entertainment industry with a full range of high quality cables for musical instruments, microphones, stage boxes and much more.
