MTP® (Multi-fiber Termination) is an high density connector developed by US Conec as a high performance evolution of MPO (MultifiberPushOn), widelyusedfor40G/100G/400G high-speed network systems. It is an array of 12 or 24 fibers (MultiMode or Single Mode) smaller than a RJ45 that allows discrete fibers ferule to carry enough signals to run an entire event with a single cable.
